Rules
All guests must read and sign our waiver prior to entering the playground
All guests must remove shoes and wear socks 🧦 upon entering the playground
All guests must remove loose articles from pockets prior to playing on the playground
All guests must follow the rules and directions posted on signs throughout the playground
All guests must follow the rules and directions of Lil Monsters employees
Climbing on the outside of the playground equipment is not permitted
Sliding down 🛝 head-first is not permitted
Food, gum, and drinks are not permitted on the playground
Adult caregivers must stay on the premises to monitor and assist children at all times
No weapons of any kind are permitted on the premises
All guests must treat each other with respect — we will not tolerate hateful or harmful language or behavior
Birthday parties must be scheduled in advance (we do not allow walk-in parties)
Leave snacks containing peanuts or peanut products at home, as we are a peanut free facility 🥜🚫
Prior to touching or lifting a child that you are not responsible for—unless there is imminent risk of physical danger—please seek assistance from Lil Monsters Playground staff
We reserve the right to ask anyone who does not follow these rules to leave 👋
FAQs
What if I forget my socks?
Don’t worry! You can purchase a pair of our super soft Lil Monsters socks at the check-in counter for $6.
Can I save on coffee?
Bring in your own reusable coffee mug and save $1 on every coffee you purchase! We also sell Lil Monsters mugs at the check-in counter—get a free coffee with every mug purchase!
Do you allow walk-in birthday parties?
In order to provide an amazing experience for all guests, we need advance notice for all parties, so we do not accommodate walk-in parties. Please book your party in advance.
What are your cleaning procedures?
As parents ourselves, we know how important it is for our kids to have sanitary play environments. Here’s our approach to keeping the playground clean:
Daily
Our team disinfects all playground equipment, including hard and soft play equipment. We clean all floors, bathrooms, tables, chairs, and counters.
Monthly
Full ball pit deep clean 🫧 We remove all balls from the ball pit, vacuum and sanitize the ball pit, run all balls through our commercial ball cleaning machine which sanitizes, disinfects, and scrubs each individual ball.
As needed
Accidents happen! If an undesirable bodily fluid makes its way onto the playground, our staff will temporarily close that area to clean and disinfect all impacted equipment.
