About Lil Monsters Playground

  • We’re a family owned and operated indoor playground in Windsor, Colorado with a second location in Wellington, Colorado in the works.

  • We value the strong sense of community here in Northern Colorado. We strive to serve our Northern Colorado neighbors.

  • We cater to kids from 1 to 8 years old, as well as their parents/guardians.

What you’ll do

  • Check customers in and ensure everyone signs the waiver

  • Supervise guests and ensure all rules are followed

  • Sell and serve coffee and snacks at the cafe counter

  • Set up, take down, and tidy up party rooms between parties

  • Clean up spills and accidents, help maintain a high standard of cleanliness

  • Help maintain and restock inventory

  • Answer guest questions and make everyone feel at home

  • Interact with kids, creating memorable moments for them at the playground

Who you are

  • You’re both playful and professional

  • You’re an autonomous problem solver

  • You’re comfortable being on your feet for up to 5 hours

  • You’re looking for a role you can grow in

Your ideal availability

  • Weekdays and weekends

  • Varying availability between 8:30am and 7:30pm
